Chimney Services Across the Tampa Bay Area
Our office sits on Henderson Road in northwest Tampa, which means most of the bay is a short drive rather than a scheduling problem. We work Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando and western Polk on the same week, and we do not treat the far side of the bay as an afterthought.
Tampa is unusual because it contains three completely different chimney populations at once. The bungalows in Hyde Park, Seminole Heights and Ybor City still have genuine masonry stacks, some of them close to a century old, with clay tile liners and mortar crowns that have been patched more than once. The 1980s and 1990s subdivisions in Brandon, Carrollwood and Town 'N' Country mostly have factory-built metal fireboxes inside a framed and stuccoed chase. And along the Pinellas coast, everything metal is fighting salt.
Those three groups fail in different ways, so we inspect them differently. A hundred-year-old brick stack needs its crown, mortar joints and liner assessed. A prefab unit needs its chase cover, storm collar and firebox panels checked — those are the parts that actually go, and replacing panels is not optional once they are cracked.
